CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A heat advisory was issued for Clarksville-Montgomery County on Wednesday afternoon.
The advisory is expected to run from noon today to 7 p.m. tonight as heat index values up to 107 are expected, according to the National Weather Service. NWS says the hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses. They also say to drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check on relatives and neighbors.
