SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – A hearing is scheduled today for the man arrested in the death of a 7-year-old Scottville, Kentucky girl.

Body of Gabriella Doolin was found in a creek following football game at Allen County-Scottsville High School.

38-year-old Timothy Madden is charged with the kidnapping, rape and murder of Gabriella Doolin, who disappeared from a football game last week.

According to police Madden’s DNA was collected during the investigation and matched that recovered from the child during the autopsy.
