CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Valor Run Half Marathon powered by CDE Lightband will hit the streets Saturday, September 15, 2018.
Runners will start at Beachaven Winery and move through Montgomery County. You can register for the half marathon or 5k, and the memorial mile. The Health & Fitness Expo presented by Tennova Healthcare will feature vendors in the fields of running, health & wellness, and nutrition. Vendors will have products available on site and showcase the latest in sports and nutrition.
This event will also serve as the packet pick up location for the Valor Run. Participants will be able to pick up their race bib, t-shirt, and any materials needed for the race the following day. Unique to the Valor Run, all participants will be provided two race bibs. One will include the standard timing chip and race number. The other will include the name of a fallen service member. All participants of the Valor Run will run in honor of an American hero.
The Health & Fitness Expo will be held at Tennova Healthcare from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, September 14. Those interested in applying to be a vendor can visit this website.
