CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Registration for the Clarksville Montgomery County Community Action Agency’s Head Start program will be available soon.

Head Start is a non-profit agency that provides free pre-kindergarten services to 3 and 4-year-old children and their parents. Children must become of eligible age on or before Aug. 15, 2016. The classes run from 8am-2pm or 9am-3pm.

Please bring the following documents with you:

· ALL proof of family income (most recent tax return or pay stub for 12 consecutive months prior to application date). Income includes wages, SSI benefits, grants/scholarships received in last 12 months, unemployment benefits, and child support.
· Your child’s birth certificate
· Proof of receipt of Families First, SSI and/or Food stamps, if received in the last 12 months
· Your child’s current physical and dental exam record
· Your child’s white Tennessee Immunization Summit Heights Community Center
