There are many ways you can be involved on race weekend and contribute to the success of this event, which raises funds to provide Mental Health and Addiction Recovery Services to those with little or no resources.
Volunteer Crew members will receive an Official Life;Story Volunteer Crew shirt and meal voucher. Snacks and water will also be provided.

Women of Clarksville 5th Annual Women’s Expo

Volunteers are needed to help with event set-up and tear-down, directing vendors and attendees, registration booth and parking attendant. All volunteers will be provided with a free tee shirt, water and snacks.
The Women of Clarksville are a group of local volunteers that present the annual Expo free of charge to promote women owned businesses and women’s health. The group’s goal is to provide a space for women to come together and learn, engage and have fun. The expo includes vendors; well woman talks and health screenings.

Energetic and reliable volunteers needed to help make the 7th Annual Safety Fair & Family Fun Day a success!
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Assist with event setup, including helping put up tents and arranging tables and chairs.
- Greet and guide vendors by showing them where their booth or trunk is located.
- Support during the event by helping with trash pick-up and keeping the space tidy.
- Pitch in during tear down/cleanup, including breaking down tents, moving tables, and disposing of trash.
What to Expect:
This is a hands-on role that keeps you moving. Volunteers will play an important part in creating a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all attendees. You’ll be working alongside other community members to support vendors, families, and children attending the fair.
