CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Governors Square Mall announced a multimillion-dollar project set to renovate and rebrand the mall complex on Monday.
Most notably, the project will include entrance enhancements that feature the new mall logo, while incorporating new flooring, lighting, customer amenities, interior decor and wall and ceiling finishes inside the mall.

Meanwhile, on the outside of the mall, similar upgrades are set to take place with new landscaping, upgraded LED pylon signage on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard, along with some repaving, mall officials said. The project will also include the addition of a Tennessee themed “Selfie Scene.”
Governors Square Mall said the renovation work will further enhance the beauty and comfort of the retail destination for consumers in the region. The project has been estimated to be completed prior to the upcoming holiday season, with a grand reopening set to take place sometime this fall.
New offerings are also on the way at Governors Square Mall where Dave & Buster’s is set to open their doors later this year. Other recent or soon to be open additions to the mall complex include Rose & Remington, Palmetto Moon, Pro Image Sports, Windsor, JD Sports and ALDI.
