CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Governor’s Square Mall will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, so that mall merchants, their employees and the mall staff may enjoy the holiday with their families.

On the day after Thanksgiving, the doors to Governor’s Square Mall open at 6 a.m. The first 500 people in line will be recipients in the SWAG Bag Giveaway. Each bag will be filled with special offers, prizes, discounts and a surprise.

Elf Patrol Prizes will be awarded every half hour starting at 8am until Noon. Additionally, there will be Reindeer Games from Noon to 4 p.m. to win prizes as well.

Starting at 6 p.m. children will get to enjoy a holiday visit from Captain McFinn and his special friend Claire Bear. Claire is hosting a dance-off for children 12 and under with prizes. The mall will close at 10 p.m.
