Age 91 formerly of Clarksville, passed away Monday, December 16, 2019. Visitation Monday, December 30, 2019, 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. with the memorial service to follow at 11:00 a.m. at Foston Memorial Chapel. Interment Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
Georgia Ann (Medley)) Caldwell was born February 18, 1928, in Todd County, Kentucky to the late Herbert E. Medley and Dorthula Dickerson Medley. She was a member of Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church.
Georgia was preceded in death by her husband Sam, her stepdaughter Evangelist Ida R. Winstead, stepson Samuel Caldwell, as well as brothers Frank Medley (Gladys), Will Henry Medley, and Charles Medley (Catherine), and sisters Dorothy Mae Medley Parham, Alice Medley Joyner (Ralph), Nancy Medley Reeves (Julian), and Robbie Medley Meriwether (John).
She leaves to cherish her memories daughter, Yvette Caldwell of Mitchellville, MD, daughter-in-law Debra Pearrie-Caldwell of Matteson, Ill., grandsons Joseph Hardy, Troy Caldwell, Shane Caldwell and Alexander Caldwell; granddaughters Rhonda( Donald) McDaniel and Sherrie Mckinnie; brothers Kenny Medley and Vincent (Norma) Medley. In addition to special nieces, Evelyn Hayes, Clarksville, TN., Yvonne Caldwell O’Ferrall, and Gwendolyn Carmon and a host of family and friends.
