CLARKSVILLE, TN – Gateway Chamber Orchestra offers a selection of Romantic Melodies at 4 p.m. Feb. 13, to celebrate Valentine’s Day, in its first masterworks program in over two years.

Jessie Montgomery’s Banner, created in 2014, commemorates the 200th anniversary of The Star Spangled Banner, and provides a reflection on the time that has passed since the last program.

GCO Music Director Gregory Wolynec says, “After two years away from Masterworks programming for an audience, we are delighted to share this program of beautiful and memorable music. We included George Walker’s touching Lyric on our Beethoven@250 virtual program and I am particularly excited about presenting this in person!”
