CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Clarksville Gas and Water online customer account access, WebConnect, and pay-by-phone, Utility Billing Line, bill payment feature will be temporarily down Thursday, December 20 at 3 a.m. for approximately three hours for bill payment software system maintenance by the provider.
Customer service center payment drop off boxes located at 2015 Fort Campbell Blvd. and 2215 Madison St. are available around the clock for bill payment deposit.
The Gas and Water main phone line, (931) 645-7400, and the emergency after-hours number, (931) 645-0116, will be operational for gas, water or sewer emergency calls.
