Gary passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2019 at Spring Meadows Healthcare in Clarksville.
He was born on April 14, 1963 in Waco, TX to Royce Elkins and Lela Ann (Gilliham) Elkins. Tennessee Cremation Care is honored to have been entrusted with his cremation services. Please visit his tribute wall to leave a condolence for his family.
