DECATURVILLE, Tenn. – A motion requesting a gag order has been served against Jason Autry and his defense team in the ongoing Holly Bobo Case, according to a report from WKRN News 2.
Autry is a suspect charged in the 2011 kidnapping and murder of Holly Bobo. He will appear in court Wednesday. Zachary Adams is also charged with aggravated kidnapping and first degree felony murder in the case.
The motion orders they “refrain from commenting about the case and making any extrajudicial remarks due to the fact these remarks are posing a substantial likelihood of prejudicing a fair trial.”
A third person linked to the case, Shayne Austin, was in court Tuesday but has not been charged. He originally struck a deal to tell investigators where Bobo’s body is, but he did not keep up his end of the deal.
Bobo’s body has not yet been recovered.
Anyone with information on the case should call the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
