TBI Director Josh DeVine tweeted Friday that 30-year-old Dominique Lebron Collins was captured in Lynchburg, Virginia. Officials say Collins was wanted on multiple charges, including attempted first-degree murder, after an April shooting at a Chattanooga gas station.
