CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. –The tenth annual Frolic on Franklin will be held on Saturday, September 19.

This event is a celebration of the arts. Thirty local artists will be gathered on Franklin Street from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. with a variety of pottery, jewelry, ceramics and other art mediums.

Live music will fill the streets of downtown Clarksville and entertainment will be provided during the event. There will also be art demonstrations throughout the day.

Frolic on Franklin is free and open to the public.

The Clarksville Police Department will place bags labeled ‘no parking’ on meters on Franklin Street early Saturday morning. Any vehicles parked on the roadway after 7 a.m. are subject to being towed. Police will attempt to call the owner of the vehicle before towing.
