Do bad things come in threes? How about three Friday the 13ths?
Today, of course, is Friday the 13th and it’s just first of three this year.
Every year has at least one Friday the 13th. 2012 was the last year with three; the next will be 2026.
Eric Carlson never put much stock in Friday the 13th fears.
In fact, the Wake Forest University professor once led a group called the Carolina Skeptics, who would gather every Friday the 13th and encourage people to do “unlucky” things.
He adds, “It’s bad luck to be superstitious.”
