CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a freeze warning and wind advisory for the Middle Tennessee area, including Clarksville-Montgomery County.
The wind advisory is in effect through 7 p.m. Tuesday, and freezing temperatures are expected midnight Tuesday through the mid-morning hours on Wednesday.
Wind gusts of 40 to 45 miles per hour are possible, which may make travel hazardous. Some tree limbs may snap.
Temperatures will drop to the upper 20s Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. Freezing temperatures may affect vegetation, and pets should be brought inside.
