Freddy David McCarver, 63, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at Gateway Medical Center.
He was born on August 26, 1950 in Clarksville, TN to the late Wilson McCarver and Vester Heflin McCarver. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Harrell McCarver and Darrell McCarver and sister, Dorothy Bumpus.
Memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Dr. Ted Denny officiating. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until the hour of service Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at the funeral home.
Freddy was a Quality Assurance Reviewer with Human Services for the State of Tennessee. He was a member of Alpha Phi Omega, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and the Jaycees.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy Haak McCarver of Clarksville, TN; son, Joey Oneslager of Springfield, MO; three daughters, Salia Oneslager, Salina Rowe of Clarksville, TN, and Erin Brandt of Oklahoma; three brothers, Allen Dale McCarver, Rickey McCarver of Clarksville, TN, and Glenn McCarver of Adams, TN; sister, Sharon Patterson of Clarksville, TN; and two grandchildren, Anthony O’Quinn and Chrisma Brandt.
