Fred Douglas was born August 27, 1952, to Charles H. Osborne and Maria Bell Osborne. Fred answered the Master’s call on Thursday, March 23, 2023.
Visitation Thursday, March 30, 2023, 12:00 p.m.-7:00p.m. with the family present 5:00 p.m-7:00 p.m. at Foston Funeral Home. Homegoing Celebration 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 31, 2023, at Mt. Nebo Missionary Baptist Church, Interment Lester Chapel Church Cemetery.
He was a faithful member of Mt. Nebo Missionary Baptist Church and a graduate of Burt High School. He was a devoted handyman. He is preceded in death by his wife Virginia Osborne, grandson, Javon Osborne, parents, siblings, Charles Thomas Osborne, Edward Eugene Osborne and Barbara Lee Washington.
He leaves to cherish his memories daughter, Angela Osborne; sons, Kevin Osborne, both of Clarksville, TN and Gary Greene, Fayetteville, NC; 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sisters, Birdie Miller, Annie Kelly, Doris (Vivan) Farrow, Bessie (Edward) Trice and Helen Andrews; brothers, James Osborne, John Osborne, William Osborne, Jesse (Shelia) Osborne, Joe Osborne and Michael (Cassandra) Osborne all of Clarksville, TN; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
