Frances Jane Fowler, age 92 of Clarksville passed away Monday, September 6, 2021, at her residence.
Frances was born December 13, 1928, to the late Robert Emery and Lucielle Eis. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Arthur John Fowler. Frances is survived by her son Jeffrey Emery; Daughter, Chris (Jack) Searfoss; Sister, Luduska.
Frances was a member of Bethlehem UMC. She was a contract administrator at LockHeed Martin Space Company.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
