A Celebration of Life service for Francell Fillmore, age 81, of Clarksville, TN, will be Saturday, March 2, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Sykes Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
Francell was born on February 19, 1943 in Lick Branch, WV, to Harold and Hattie Mounts. She passed away on February 28, 2024. Francell retired from Civil Services. She loved fixing up homes, cooking, and gardening. Francell had a heart for helping others and would open up her home to anyone in need.
In addition to her parents, Francell is preceded in death by 15 siblings. She is survived by her husband, Gary Fillmore; children: Beth Livingston, Wiley “Kent” Stapleton, John Dulley, and Alfreda ” Rae” (David) Rose; 3 siblings; 5 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
