CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) hosted a retirement party for Sergeant Earl Mullins, Investigator Erle Crockarell, Caryn Janick, and Deputy Kay Neely on Friday, June 17, 2016.
Sheriff John Fuson started the event with some words highlighting the dedication and honorable career of each employee. Afterwards supervisors and fellow deputies took turns reminiscing about the retirees 89 years of combined service.
Mullins started his career at the Sheriff’s Office in 1982 in the detention center. He was promoted to Sergeant in 2010. Mullins supervised firearms training. His retirement plans include hunting and fishing.
Crockarell started his career at the Sheriff’s Office in 1992 as an Investigator with the Drug Task Force. With prior employment with CPD, Crockarell has a combined 42 years in law enforcement. His retirement plans include woodworking.
Janick started her career with the Sheriff’s Office in 2000 as a records clerk. Prior to working at the Sheriff’s Office, Janick worked for Clarksville City Building and Codes. Her retirement plans include sewing and exercising.
Neely started her career with the Sheriff’s Office in 2002 in the detention center. She served as the Jail Supply Deputy. Neely’s retirement plans include riding and raising horses.
