TODD COUNTY, Ky. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Four people have been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting on Stateline Road in Todd County Sunday.
Kentucky State Police (KSP) said 47-year-old Jerry Robertson of Guthrie, KY, was found shot on Stateline Road September 23 and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Todd County Coroner.
Police determined multiple people were involved in the crime.
Daniel G. Westbrook, age 31, of Russellville, KY, is charged with one count of Murder and was booked into the Logan County Jail.
Brandi M. Scruggs, age 26, of Guthrie, KY, is charged with one count of complicity to murder, one count of tampering with physical evidence, and was booked into the Logan County Jail. Timmie J. Latham, age 36, of Bowling Green, KY, is charged with one count of complicity to murder, one count of tampering With physical evidence, and was booked into the Hart County Jail. Faith L. Martin, age 22, of Bowling Green, KY, is charged with one count of complicity to murder, one count of tampering With physical evidence, and was booked into the Hart County Jail.
