FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) and Fort Campbell is set to host the Week of the Eagles 2017, May 19-25, at various locations on the installation, in order to commemorate the division’s 75th anniversary.
There will be various morale-boosting activities to commemorate the division’s history and provide entertainment for soldiers, families, and civilians. Week of the Eagles 2017 will be open to soldiers, families, retirees, veterans and members of the greater Fort Campbell community.
Units from across the installation will compete in various sporting events for the Commander’s Cup, which will be presented to the winning command team at the Division Review scheduled for May 25.
The theme for this year’s celebration is ‘Legacy of Heroism.’

May 19:
-6:30 a.m.: Division Run
-10 a.m.: Champions of Fort Campbell Ceremony
-5:00p.m.: Concert (Elle King, Scotty McCreery, Caroline Jones, 101st Airborne Division Rock Band)
