CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Fort Campbell Spouses’ Club is planning their annual “Candy Cane Lane-Fort Campbell Market and Craft Fair. The organization not only supports Fort Campbell but also the communities surrounding Post with scholarships and welfare grants.
