CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A group of local heroes visited Montgomery County Animal Care and Control (MCAC) Tuesday, Jan. 26 to spend time with furry friends and provide assistance.
Soldiers from B CO 96th ASB of the 101st’s Combat Aviation Brigade volunteered their time to help take care of the cats and dogs.
The soldiers walked dogs and puppies, socialized with cats, cleaned kennels and cat cages, and much more.
MCAC Director Jeanette Farrell said she was glad to see these heroes helping the homeless animals of Montgomery County.
