CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Former Rossview High soccer forward Eva Greenwald has broken the program record for single season goals scored at Pellissippi State Community College as a freshman. Greenwald scored 17 goals on only 60 shots, gathering a ridiculous .283 shot percentage.

“Holding the record as a freshman means a lot to me,” Greenwald told Clarksville Now.  “It isn’t just about the goals I scored; it’s about proving that the work I put in long before college was worth something.”

Greenwald was a first-team Tennessee Community College Athletic Association All-Conference selection, and she helped lead the Panthers to their best season in program history, with an overall record of 12-4-2 and a conference record of 9-1-2.

Greenwald played in all 17 contests and netted an average of one goal per contest, even with it being her first year on campus.
