Chancellor Laurence McMillan was appointed to fill my seat when I retired 18 years ago. I have had the unique opportunity to follow Chancellor McMillan’s growth as a judge.
The office of Chancellor has its challenges. It is significant to me that he took the job in stride and has served District 19 and its citizens of Montgomery and Robertson Counties well. He has my vote Aug. 4.
