CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Late-night and early morning rain has caused flooding in some of Clarksville’s parks.
Mayor Kim McMillan tweeted that the following parks are closed until further notice:
• Ashton Park
• Sherwood Park
• Barbara Johnson Park
• Bel-Aire Park playground

The National Weather Service extended a Flood Watch for Montgomery County through 4 p.m. Monday as rain continues in Middle TN.
Clarksville Police warn motorists to be careful on roads that are usually subject to flooding, including 41A/Fort Campbell Blvd at Eva Dr., Kraft Street near the bowling alley, and Power and Peach Streets. If you see barricades, don’t go around them because the roads may be impassable.
