CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Flags for the Fallen will be on display at Patriots Park (3176 Fort Campbell Blvd.) through September 16 as part of the 9/11 remembrance and Welcome Home Veterans Celebration.
The flags are planted by members of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association Chapter 18-2 and represent Fort Campbell’s fallen soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq since 9/11.
The flags go out every Memorial Day, 4th of July, 9/11, and Veterans Day.
The flags serve as a reminder of our local heroes who have died to protect our freedom.
