CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) Agents of the Clarksville Police Department’s Special Operations Unit conducted compliance checks targeting the sales of alcohol to underage persons on Nov. 7.
Compliance Checks were conducted on 18 stores with five stores being cited for the sales of alcohol to an underage person.
Super Mart Discount Tobacco & Beer located at 3402 Cainlo Drive, Tony’s Discount Tobacco & Beer located at 2185 Wilma Rudolph Blvd., Dodge Store located at 1504 Ft. Campbell Blvd., Cook’s Market located at 1416 Franklin Street and R and K Market located at 924H Providence Blvd were all cited.
Agent Steinlage and Agent Lee are the lead investigators as these operations are ongoing.
