CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – First Thursday Art Walk will be held September 5 in historic downtown Clarksville. The event is a free, self-guided tour spanning a 5-block radius that combines visual art, live music, engaging events and more in the heart of Downtown Clarksville.
Hosted by the Downtown Clarkville Association, First Thursday ArtWalk is 5:00pm – 8:00pm and includes 10+ venues, restaurants, and businesses participating each month. This monthly event is the ultimate opportunity to savor and support local creative talent.

The Framemaker proudly presents Rediscover, works by Knoxville artist Karla Tucker.
Roxy Regional Theatre’s Peg Harvill Gallery will feature the work of David Graham and Erica Trout to complement the official opening of Season 37: Experience A New Stort.
The Downtown Artists Co-op exhibit will feature work from their members along with a friend of the member. The friend each member selects will be able to submit artwork to display with a DAC member. There is no age requirement for the friend they choose.
Frozen Fuel will feature local teen artist Railey Warren. All art sales during the evening will go to support F.U.E.L. Program.
Hudubam Booktraders will host local artist, Tara Swalgren. She focuses on large scale paintings and prefers to work in ink.
Customs House Museum will be open for guests to visit all of their galleries.
Edwards Steakhouse will feature 1911 Custom Flags which was founded by brothers Brian and Tim Snyder.
Downtown Commons will host Arts for Hearts co-founder Barbara Kane will lead you in collage making. Guests will be using Gelli Print paper created by Founder Rita Arancibia.
