CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – In the early hours of Sunday morning, Clarksville Fire Rescue responded to an accident where a single vehicle ran off the road in the area of Madison Street and Vannoak Drive.

At approximately 1:13 a.m. on Feb. 3, CFR first responders from Battalion 2 arrived at the scene where they found the single vehicle, with three individuals inside, wrecked down a steep embankment., according to CFR’s official Facebook.

While the extent of their injuries is unknown, all three individuals were rescued from the crash site and brought up the embankment via rope system. Following their rescue, the motorists were transported by MCEMS to Tennova for further evaluation, according to CFR Assistant Chief Michael Rios.

Correction: There were three individuals involved in the single vehicle crash, not four.
