CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Dozens of couples enjoyed Father-Daughter Date Night on Saturday, with the theme “Celebrating what makes us unique.”

The Clarksville Parks & Recreation event, presented by Altra Federal Credit Union, was catered by North Meets South, with desserts from Fanneli’s Deli + Market.

At each table, guests were provided with sticky notepads in the shape of leaves.

“We encouraged all leading ladies to write down things that they celebrate about themselves, whether it be their determination, curly hair or sense of humor,” said Kali Mayes, event planning supervisor with Clarksville Parks & Recreation.

The guests then added their notes to an “I Celebrate …” wall.

On display were woodland fairy houses designed and created by Betty Metcalfe. The event also featured a visit with bunnies, a craft area, a photo booth and selfie booth.
