CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – An investigation is underway to determine the cause of a house fire off of Trenton Road during the early hours of Tuesday morning.
According to Dash 10 Media, who was at the scene, CFR units with Engine 8, Ladder 9 and Rescue 9 were dispatched to the 3000 block of Outfitters Road off of Trenton Road sometime around 2 a.m.
CFR spokesperson Codie Kuntsmann told Clarksville Now that the fire in the garage was subsiding upon their units arriving. The homeowners were home at the time of the fire; however, they were able to escape without injury, said Kuntsmann.
The fire did end up damaging the homeowner’s vehicle, and there was also some internal damage to the garage as well.
