HUMPHREYS COUNTY, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A military family moving to Fort Campbell from Texas found their dog after he went missing in a rollover crash in Humphreys County.
The Humphreys County Sheriff’s Office said the family was traveling on Highway 13 South at Highway 230 when the four-vehicle crash happened Wednesday.
The soldier’s wife, grandmother, and three young children were not injured, but the dog was ejected from the vehicle.
According to authorities, the soldier recently deployed to Afghanistan.
Trigger the yellow lab was found two miles from the crash site.
