All-season autumn events in Clarksville

Boyd’s Pumpkin Patch & Corn Maze

  • Where: Boyd’s Pumpkin Patch, 1425 Highway 76, at Exit 11.
  • When: Hours: 9 a.m.-6 p.m. (maze entrance closes at 5 p.m.) through Oct. 31.
  • Cost: No entry fee. Pumpkins: $2 (field trip small) and $4 (medium jack-o’-lanterns). Corn maze: $5 (free for ages 5 and under).
  • Details: Boyd’s Pumpkin Patch kicks off the fall season.

R&P Haunted Farm

  • Where: R&P Farm, 1976 York Road
  • When: Every Saturday through Nov. 1, plus Halloween, 6-10 p.m.
  • Cost: Free admission; $15 per attraction (haunted barn and haunted hayride)
  • Details: Haunted barn, haunted hayride, vendors, live music and concessions. Volunteers age 14 and up are welcome to join as scare actors, with minors requiring parental permission.

Head Peach Co. Pumpkin Patch

  • Where: Head Peach Co. on Mount Carmel Road
  • When: Tuesday-Wednesday 9 a.m.-noon, Thursday-Saturday 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Cost: Free admission, wagon rides $4.
  • Details: More than 30 varieties of pumpkins and gourds, plus kid-friendly games and wagon rides on Saturdays and during Fall Break week.

Patterson Place Pumpkin Patch

  • Where: Patterson Place Farm, 2480 Patterson Road, Woodlawn
  • When: 10 a.m.-4 p.m. every Saturday in October
  • Cost: Free admission, hayrides $6 per person, free for 2 and younger.
  • Details: Farm animals, corn walking trail, face painting, kids games, mums and pumpkins for sale, food trucks.

Pumpkin Patch at 180 Church

  • Where: 180 Church, 3400 Trenton Road
  • When: Oct. 15-31, from 11 a.m.-7 p.m., Monday-Saturday
  • Details: Community pumpkin patch featuring pumpkins of all sizes and varieties. Proceeds will benefit Hope Pregnancy Center and family resources at 180 Church.

Bikers Who Scare Haunted Car Wash

  • Where: Screaming Eagle Express Car Wash, 370 Warfield Blvd.
  • When: 7-11 p.m. Oct. 17, 18, 24, 25, 31
  • Cost: $25 car wash
  • Details: Bikers Who Care hosts its sixth annual Haunted Car Wash, offering families a spooky spin on a regular wash. Guests can expect scares while their car gets cleaned, with the fright continuing until the last vehicle has gone through. Benefit for BWC charities.

The Rocky Horror Show

  • Where: Roxy Regional Theatre, 100 Franklin St.
  • When: 7 p.m. Oct. 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, 30 and 31; 11:59 p.m. Oct. 31
  • Cost: $35
  • Details: Richard O’Brien’s cult classic musical returns for its 13th year. Complete with wild characters, rock songs, elaborate dances and plenty of audience participation, the production encourages costumes and offers prop bags for $5 in the lobby. Outside props are not permitted. Suggested for mature audiences only.

Oct. 24

HalloweenFest at Beachaven

  • Where: Beachaven Vineyards & Winery, 1100 Dunlop Lane
  • When: Friday, Oct. 24, 4-7 p.m.
  • Cost: Free
  • Details: A family-friendly evening featuring live music by Rob Harris, food trucks, a children’s costume contest at 6:30 p.m., and a pumpkin carving contest at 7 p.m. Guests may bring their own pumpkin or purchase one on site for $5 while supplies last.

Hilldale Fall Festival

  • Where: Hilldale Family Life Center “Farm,” 250 Old Farmers Road
  • When: 6-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24
  • Cost: Free (food available for purchase)
  • Details: Family-friendly festival featuring Trunk-or-Treat, carnival games, bouncy houses and food trucks.

Fright on Franklin

  • Where: Downtown centered on Franklin Street
  • When: 3-6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25
  • Cost: Free
  • Details: Trick-or-treat with local businesses and organizations. Costumes are a must, especially for those entering the all-ages costume contest.

Tennessee Horror Fest

  • Where: Quality Inn Exit 4, 3095 Wilma Rudolph Blvd.
  • When: 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25
  • Cost: $20, kids under 11 free
  • Details: Convention featuring fandoms of horror comic books, toys, movies, cosplay, makeup and more, plus a roster of horror industry professionals and fandom-related celebrities.

Historic Harvest Fest

  • Where: Historic Collinsville, 4711 Weakley Road, Southside
  • When: 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25
  • Cost: Separate admission for day and night events, from $10 to $15
  • Details: Guests will rotate through three activities: a Harvest Hayride scavenger hunt (with a glow-in-the-dark version at night), a Storytelling Walk with slightly spooky 19th-century tales in the Batson House, and a campfire gathering with 19th-century songs and s’mores.

Rotary Park Fall Festival

  • Where: Rotary Park, 2308 Rotary Park Drive
  • When: 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25
  • Cost: Free
  • Details: Family-friendly festival featuring pumpkin painting, trick-or-treating, Halloween crafts, creepy crawlers, and more. Costumes encouraged. Parking available at Community of Hope with free transportation provided.

APSU Homecoming Parade

  • Where: College Street
  • When: 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25
  • Cost: Free
  • Details: Austin Peay State University’s 80th annual Homecoming Parade features floats, marching bands, student groups, JROTC programs, dance teams, cheerleaders, nonprofits and community organizations.

Trunk or Treat at Old Glory

  • Where: Old Glory Distilling Co., Silo Park, 451 Alfred Thun Road
  • When: 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25
  • Cost: Free
  • Details: Family-friendly trunk-or-treat featuring booths from local businesses and community partners handing out candy.

Saddles & Pumpkin Festival

  • Where: Veteran Equine Time, 330 Davis Lane
  • When: Saturday, Oct. 25, 1-6 p.m.
  • Cost: $15.99 family pass (pre-sale, up to 3 people), $17.99 at the gate; $9.99 single ticket; +$5 each additional guest
  • Details: Celebrate fall with horse rides, hayrides, bounce houses, games, live music, and a fireworks finale. Food vendors include Gray Smoke BBQ, The Fresh Squeeze, and Poppin’ in the City.

APSU’s G.H.O.S.T.

  • Details: APSU’s Greater Halloween Options for Safe Trick-or-Treating with various campus organizations handing out treats.

Roxy Halloween movies: ‘Hocus Pocus

  • Where: Roxy Regional Theatre, 100 Franklin St.
  • When: Sunday, Oct. 26, 2 p.m.
  • Cost: $5 general admission

Halloween Trick-or-Treating

  • Details: It’s all up to you and your neighbors. There are no scheduled times by the city or county – just have fun!

Nov. 1

Clarksville Half Marathon & 5K

  • Where: Downtown Clarksville
  • When: 7 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 1
  • Cost: $25 and up
  • Details: Annual race presented by Hankook Tire Manufacturing Tennessee featuring a half marathon and 5K through downtown Clarksville. New this year are Half Marathon Ruck and 5K Ruck divisions. Finish line celebration follows the race. Registration now open.

Nov. 8

Vintage Fair

  • Where: Beachaven Vineyards & Winery, 1100 Dunlop Lane
  • When: 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8
  • Cost: $7 for adults
  • Details: Sip and stroll as you shop over 130 vendors featuring antiques, furniture, handmade goods and more, plus food trucks.

Cory Rasch PBR Invitational

  • Details: Third annual event, bringing top bull riders from around the world in this Professional Bull Riders event.

Montgomery County Veterans Day Parade

  • Where: Through downtown Clarksville.

  • Cost: Free
  • Details: Opening ceremony at 9 a.m. at County Courthouse, then parade at 10 a.m. starting from Austin Peay State University campus. Theme: “Heroes Among Us.”
