CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A new four-story, 115-room hotel is set to be considered in Clarksville as site plans for Everhome Suites have been submitted to the Clarksville-Montgomery County Regional Planning Commission.
The owner and applicant, Choice Hotels International Services Corp., is looking to develop a hotel on 1.98 acres near the Industrial Park. According to site plans drafted on Sept. 17, there are two proposed access points onto Stacy Johnson Boulevard.
Everhome Suites would be around 15,300 square feet and include 115 guest rooms. Meanwhile, 120 parking spaces are set to be provided, with 115 being standard and five being ADA-compliant.

In addition, here are the following businesses set to work on the project.
- Developer: Highside Companies, based out of Denver, Colorado.
- Engineer: Arnold Consulting Engineer Group, based out of Bowling Green, Kentucky.
- Architect: Galloway & Company Inc., based out of Greenwood Village, Colorado.
- Surveyor: Ba Land Professionals, based out of Dayton, Ohio.
The proposed site plans are set to go before the Regional Planning Commission on Tuesday, Sept. 24.
