Evelyn Beth Vaillencourt, age 46, of Cookeville, TN, passed away Monday, February 15, 2016, in Clarksville.

Evelyn was born January 20, 1970, in Fort Campbell, KY, to Nadine Meade and the late James H. Meade. Mrs. Vaillencourt was an epidemiologist at Upper Cumberland Regional Health Center, in Cookeville.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, February 20, at 1:00 PM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, with Bro. Phillip Chambers officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, February 20, from 11:00 AM until the hour of service, at the funeral home. Evelyn will be cremated, and her remains will be interred at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West, in Hopkinsville, at a later date.

In addition to her mother, Evelyn is survived by her husband Alan Vaillencourt; son, Alan Vaillencourt, Jr. of Colorado Springs, CO; two daughters, Alicia Beth Vaillencourt of Clarksville and Sara Nicole Vaillencourt of Chattanooga, TN; brother, Jimmy Meade of Clarksville; three sisters, Denise Kennada of Bruceton, TN, Peggy Scarborough of Big Rock, TN, and Melissa Fulbright of Clarksville.
