Ethel Elizabeth Jackson, age 85 of Clarksville passed away Monday, September 13, 2021, at Tennova Healthcare.
Ethel was born on May 13, 1936, in Cheatham County to the late Luther Lee Dyce and Georgia Elizabeth Graham. She is preceded in death by twelve brothers and sisters; first husband, William “Bear” Nicholson: second husband, C.F. Jackson, and son, Harold David Nicholson. She is survived by her daughters: Debra Juanita Lemons, Donna Kay(Craig) Byrd; grandchildren: Timothy Bryan Lemons, Melyssa Dawyn (Rick) Beasley, Brittany Kay Campagna (Wil Taylor); great-grandchildren: Cayla June Lemons (Dominion Watts), Peyton Tyler Lemons, Richard Brody Beasley, Phoenix Leigh Lemons, and great-great-grandchild, Kalon Naveen Watts.
Ethel and her first husband Bear were members of the Montgomery County Beekeepers Association for many years. She was also a member of the Clarksville Seventh-day Adventist Church.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, September 18, 2021, at 11 a.m.. at the chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home with Dr. Rosie Pitt and Rev. Willie Lyle Officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, September 17, 2021, from 3 to 8 p.m.. and on Saturday, September 18, 2021, from 9 a.m. until the hour of Service. Interment will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Timothy Lemons, Peyton Lemons, Craig Byrd, Brandon Dyce, Levi Ulrich, Rufus Nicholson, Steve Nicholson, and Bill Talkington.
