Ms. Ethel Ann Blackwell, age 61 of Big Rock, TN, passed away Sunday, November 22, 2020, at Summit Hospital, Hermitage, TN. She was born July 1, 1959, in Clarksville, TN, to the late Robert and Freddie Mae Sanders Tilson.
In addition to her parents, Ethel is preceded in death by her brother, James Tilson, and sisters, Sharon Martinez and Rose Jacobson. Survivors include her children, Mark Blackwell (Sherinia) and Angela Blackwell, grandson, Maddox, brother, Danny Tilson (Cindy), sisters, Vianna Norman, Robbie Finney, and Amy Hyder.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, November 27, 2020, at Fairview Cemetery, Indian Mound, with Rev. William Gray officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
