CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) The ESPN Clarksville Culver’s Athlete of the Week is Northeast High School junior linebacker Devon Dillehay. In the Eagles week 11 win over time over East Nashville, Dillehay had 17 tackles and an interception returned for a touchdown.
“Devon has been a leader for us all season on defense. His stats this season are impressive. He’s got over 100 tackles, 8 sacks, 3 force fumbles, and an interception return for a touchdown. But the stat line doesn’t really tell you how much he does for us via his film study and getting our other guys lined up. He been a huge part in the successful season that we’ve had this year.” said Northeast Head Coach Chad Watson.
