LOUISVILLE, Ky. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – An inmate who escaped from the Keaton Correctional Facility in Paducah was found and arrested Monday night.
33-year-old Frankie Lee Higdon of Louisville was discovered missing early Saturday.
He was serving time for Burglary 2nd degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Fleeing and Evading Police 1st degree motor vehicle.
Authorities are still trying to determine how he escaped.
Additional charges are pending.
