Harlon passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Tennova Healthcare.
Funeral service for Encil Harlon Walker, age 76 of Dover, will be Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 1:00PM at Sykes Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 11:00AM until the time of service.
He was born on September 8, 1942 in Sumrall, MS to Ollie and Eva Marie Walker. He is preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Danna Buckley. He is survived by his wife, Cheri; sons, Encil “Michael” Walker II and Robert Holmes; daughters, Lisa (Bradley) Millican, Yolanda (Robert) Willie, Diana Walker, and Abbie Buckley; five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
He was a lifelong Baptist and a member of VFW Post 4730 and American Legion Post 72 in Dover.
