A Celebration of Life service for Elsie Mae Phillips, age 88, of Clarksville, TN, formerly of Alabama, will be Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
She was born in Montgomery County on December 18, 1933, to Floyd and Gertie Rinehart. Elsie had a good heart and would help anyone in need. She loved going to the river, watching old western movies, and loving and caring for her cats.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Wayne McFadden and second husband, Grady Phillips. She is survived by her niece Jenifer (Christopher) Gobel.
