CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Easter bunny is making the rounds at several Clarksville businesses and neighborhoods this weekend. Here are some egg hunts where the whole family can have fun.

Friday

Lincoln Homes Easter Party: The event will be held at Lincoln Homes on 61A Vanleer St. from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Friday, April 2. The event is sponsored by the 47th chapter of Women Veterans of America, and there will be raffle giveaways every 15 minutes. Children 10 and younger must be accompanied by a guardian.

Saturday

Tylertown Church Egg-stravaganza! Tylertown Church is holding this event at the Clarksville Speedway, 1600 Needmore Road, Saturday, April 3, from 11 a.m. a.m.-1 p.m. with egg hunts, food trucks and inflatables. This is a free event, however, please pre-register on our website to secure your entry. www.tylertownchurch.org/easter 

Sango UMC Egg Hunt & Family Picnic: The event will be 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 3, at Sango United Methodist Church, 3301 Sango Road. The event is free and open to the public.

Community Drive-By Egg Hunt: This COVID-19 friendly event will be held in the cul-de-sac of Destin Drive on Saturday, April 3 from noon to 2 p.m. “We are doing things a little different this year so that everyone can still social distance. Drive by with your baskets and we will come up to your car and fill them with eggs,” Chelsie Fletcher, the organizer of the event, wrote. “The Easter Bunny will be present but please stay in your cars.”

Gearheads Egg Hunt and Cruise-In: The event will be held on Saturday, April 3, from 1 to 4 p.m. at Rimtyme Custom Wheels & Tires behind the building, 672 N. Riverside Drive. The event is free, and there will be food trucks on site. “Come join us for an awesome cruise-in and Easter Egg hunt. We will let the kids go search at around 2:30 p.m., it will be broken down by age groups to make it fair for younger children and older. There will be some awesome prizes to be won and we will be raffling off some Easter toys and baskets. We will also have the Easter Bunny there for pictures,” the event organizers wrote.

180 Church Eggstravaganza: 180 Church is offering free Easter basket kits with interactive activity sets for pickup on Saturday, April 3, from 9 a.m. to noon at 3400 Trenton Road. The package includes plastic eggs, candy, and an activity package that will be used with a video posted by the church. They do ask that you give them a call, 931-279-6180, to let them know you’re coming so they have enough baskets for everyone.

Norman Smith Elementary School, 740 Greenwood Ave., will host an Egg Hunt 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 3, with food, a magic show and games, by The Bridge Clarksville.

Bethel Baptist Community Egg Hunt: The free event will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 3, at Bethel Baptist Church, 2301 Highway 13, Palmyra.

Trinity Episcopal Church, 317 Franklin St., will host an Egg Hunt Saturday, April 3, at 2 p.m.
