Update, 8 p.m.: Montgomery County broke its one-day early voting record on Tuesday, with 3,233 voters.
That beats the previous record of 3,228, set during the November 2008 election, according to Elizabeth Black, elections administrator.
“It was a steady stream all day, and the process moved swiftly throughout the day. Way to go, Montgomery County!” Black said.
