CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Clarksvillenow.com Early voting in Tennessee for the Tennessee State Primary and Montgomery County General Election August 4, opens Friday, July 15 and runs through Saturday, July 30.

To cast your ballot and vote early you will need to go by the Montgomery County Election Commission Office in Veterans Plaza at 350 Pageant Lane, Suite 404 which is two doors down from the Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library.

You can vote early starting July 15 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, and also Saturday, July 16, 23 & 30 from 8:00 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Montgomery County Administrator of Elections Vickie Koelman said when you come in to vote early you will need to bring a photo ID and that needs to be a Tennessee State photo ID or a federal government photo ID.

Offices on the August 4 ballot for the Tennessee State Primary include U.S. Representative, 7th District, Tennessee State Senate, 22 District and Tennessee State Representative, Districts 67,68, & 74.

In the Montgomery County General Election the ballot will include Circuit Court Judge, Part III and Part IV, Assessor of Property and Highway Supervisor along with Clarksville-Montgomery County School Board seats for Districts 2, 4, & 6.
