MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Tenn. – The Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) will conduct a Driver’s License Roadside Safety Checkpoint during the week of January 9 on River Road at Dean Road in Montgomery County.

Troopers will concentrate their efforts on vehicles being operated by drivers who violate the driver license laws of Tennessee.

THP says these checkpoints are an effective means of enforcing driver license laws of Tennessee while ensuring the protection of all motorists.
