CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A panhandler was struck at the I-24 Exit 4 off-ramp Tuesday after a vehicle ran off the road, hit a power pole and the pedestrian.
There is no word on the man’s condition but police say his injuries are not critical.
The westbound ramp was closed while crews removed the power lines and pole.
