CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A single-vehicle crash was reported Friday, Jan. 24 at 11:13 a.m. on Village Way off Madison St. in Clarksville.
According to the Clarksville Police Department, Paula D. Mullens, 48, was driving home from work when she fell asleep at the wheel and drove off the road. Her vehicle hit a mailbox, causing the vehicle to flip over. Mullens told police her injuries were minor and refused medical attention.
Mullins was cited for failure to use reasonable care.
